Vaca in Lake Tahoe

I'm not a fan of the cold or snow, but our most recent trip to Lake Tahoe was absolutely breath taking. It was exactly what the hubs and I needed after a very crazy year of being apart and having to relocate away from our friends and families at the end of his training.

Emotionally and physically we needed this trip to reconnect and to simply be still. It's been a lot of change in a short amount of time and although we might seem like we're all happy and have it together, we've been exhausted, just needing a break from life. Now that we only have each other to lean on it's even more important to us to take vacations and to unplug.
