Our Adirondack Wedding (Part 2)

When my dad and I stepped foot into the canoe and started paddling out to the middle of the pond, my nervousness disappeared. Being out on the water is so calming and therapeutic. The quietness and the view of everyone on the shore made me so happy. As we got closer and I saw Evan's face, thats when the tears started forming. He looked so handsome and so happy.

Our ceremony was short and sweet. We wanted something very casual and relaxed which would allow more time to just celebrate! After the ceremony we had champagne and doughnuts followed by family portraits.

Next week I will be sharing Part 3 of our wedding with you. After the ceremony we headed on over to Raquette Lake to board a sunset dinner cruise. It was absolutely beautiful, I can't wait to share! If you missed Part 1, the morning of the wedding, you can view that post here
