All artwork, prints, and products offered through this website are created and sold by Kristen Laczi. By purchasing from this site, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Original Artwork

Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind piece created by hand. Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting and monitor settings. All images and content on this site are the property of Kristen Laczi and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Payment

All payments are processed securely at checkout. Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Shipping

Processing Time: Original paintings and made-to-order items typically ship within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted.
Packaging: Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Insurance: For large original paintings, additional shipping insurance is purchased to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Orders: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of original artwork and custom commissions, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once a purchase is complete.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork so I can help file an insurance claim and work toward a resolution.

Commissions

Custom artwork is created in close communication with each client. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission. Once approved and finalized, all sales are final.

Copyright & Reproduction

Kristen Laczi retains all copyright and reproduction rights to original artworks. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright. The artist reserves the right to use images of sold works for promotional materials, prints, or marketing purposes.
