Life Lately

It's been FOREVER since I have posted on this little blog of mine. So much has changed since August that I don't even know where to start. If you follow me on Instagram, I've posted a little bit about my husbands career change and us having to relocate. Well time has passed and we have officially left Buffalo and are settled into our new in home in Long Island. 

Everything is so different here, especially the scenery! Evan and I always talked about moving to be near the ocean someday, and here we are! I don't think we'll ever grow tired of watching the waves roll in, it's so peaceful. 

I've only seen a small part of Long Island, between all the unpacking, so I'm looking forward to seeing some new sites on our days off. Evan started work earlier in the week so he's already getting a feel of the land, as he is all over the Island. It's a bonus because he's my personal tour guide! He's going to be learning all the cool spots to take Dax and I. :-) 

So that's what I've been up to in a nutshell. Packing, unpacking and getting settled in. Yesterday I took a day to just create and it felt SO good. I'll be posting some more work soon as I get back into a new routine of working from home.
