Oh Boy!
I can't believe that I'm actually writing this, my husband and I are expecting a sweet baby boy who is due 12.31.18! It’s been so hard to keep this a secret, but after all the tests we feel confident about letting everyone know that our little family is growing. We're so excited and thankful for this little miracle, he's already changed our lives so much and we cannot wait to meet him whenever he feels ready!
The past couple of years have been a wild ride of changes. Getting married, adopting a puppy, spending more time apart than together (when Evan was off at police academy) and then moving from Buffalo to Long Island. We've experienced so many highs and lows, and although the lows totally sucked, I feel like I personally needed to go through some of it in order to mother myself before mothering a child.
Today we share with you the great news of our baby boy, but next month we are also celebrating 3 years of marriage and 10 years of being together! The past ten years have gone by so fast (minus the time of Evan being away for training!), but we're so excited for the next 10, as we raise our children and watch them grow.
