Week 3 - Neon Sunset

It's week 3 of the 25 week art challenge! I thought I'd play around with neon paints this time around, however, I'm not too sure how I feel about them. I've always been a lover of bright colors but these neons are more watery and transparent. Hard to photograph and scan! Regardless, I love the outcome of this mini 3x3 seascape painting. I just hope the photos and scan do it justice!
